Mr. Hart joined Teeple Hall, LLP as an Associate in 2004. Mr. Hart's practice area is primarily in the litigation arena. This includes representing businesses, as well as individual clients, involved with lawsuits covering copyright, trademark, breach of contract, trade secrets, employment matters and real estate issues. In addition, Mr. Hart also represents individuals involved in will and trust litigation. Prior to joining Teeple Hall, LLP, Mr. Hart was an Associate with the law firm Tosdal, Smith, Steiner and Wax where he practiced mostly employment and labor law. Additionally, while at California Western School of Law, Mr. Hart was a law clerk for Hon. J. Richard Haden (ret.) in the San Diego Superior Court.

Education & Licensure: Mr. Hart holds a B.A. in Sociology (Holy Cross University, Worcester, Massachusetts, 1997) and a J.D. (California Western School of Law, San Diego, California, 2002, Cum Laude). Mr. Hart is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
