Mr. Black's practice area focuses primarily on civil rights, personal injury, wrongful death, wage and hour class action lawsuits and constitutional issues. Mr. Black has written successful motions at both the state and federal level and has settled a number of civil rights cases prior to trial. Mr. Black also has experience in complex business litigation matters.
