Mr. Black's practice area focuses primarily on civil rights, personal injury, wrongful death, wage and hour class action lawsuits and constitutional issues. Mr. Black has written successful motions at both the state and federal level and has settled a number of civil rights cases prior to trial. Mr. Black also has experience in complex business litigation matters.

Education & Licensure: Mr. Black holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Telecommunications (Baylor University, Waco, Texas, 2004) and a J.D. (University of San Diego, School of Law, San Diego, California, 2008). Mr. Black is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
