Mr. Tomlin joined Teeple Hall as an Associate in June of 2009 at the age of 23. Mr. Tomlin's practice has focused primarily on complex construction defect litigation. Mr. Tomlin's also has a broad range of experience including complex business litigation, civil litigation, criminal defense, civil rights matters, and international and domestic business transactional matters. Mr. Tomlin has successfully written and argued numerous motions before the Superior Courts of California.

Education & Licensure: Mr. Tomlin holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Riverside Summa Cum Laude (Riverside, 2006) and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, Cum Laude (San Diego, 2008). Mr. Tomlin is licensed to practice law in the State of California and to appear in the Federal Court for the Southern District of California and is a member of the American Bar Association.
