As an Associate Attorney at Teeple Hall, LLP Jeremiah Baba Pagano provides tax-driven counsel on complex corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and joint ventures. He works closely with founders, private companies, and investment professionals to design tax-efficient deal structures, entity formations, and ongoing operational frameworks that align business objectives with regulatory compliance and long-term tax planning.

Mr. Pagano also advises on partnership allocations, Subchapter C and S planning, cross-border investment, and inbound and outbound wealth transfer strategies. His practice integrates legal and tax strategy to support clients through each stage of the transaction lifecycle.

Mr. Pagano previously served as in-house counsel for a high growth consulting company, where he managed all legal matters during a period of rapid scale. That experience lends a pragmatic, business oriented perspective and enables him to anticipate and address risks that arise in fast-paced commercial environments.

In addition to his practical experience, Jeremiah holds an LL.M. in Taxation from University of San Diego, a J.D. from California Western School of Law, and a B.A. from Quinnipiac University. He is admitted to practice in California and contributes actively to Teeple Hall’s Corporate and Transactional group, Private Client and Tax practice groups.
